Zephra-May Miller is affectionately known as the "Bag lady of Louisville" - not for her living conditions but rather for the art form that she has perfected.

Using traditional and not so traditional weaving techniques, Zephra-May makes figure hugging clothing out of nothing more sophisticated than low-grade plastic trash bags.
